Our Traditional Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

1 Head of Cabbage – Cored & Thinly Sliced (Appx 1/4” thickness or as thin as you can!)

1 White Onion – Thinly Sliced (as thin as you can)

1 Bottle of Slaw Juice

Directions

Alternate cabbage & onion in a large bowl.

Pour the full bottle of Slaw Juice over the mixture and toss to coat.

For best results, allow to marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Overnight is even better.

Drain excess liquid (water retention from cabbage).

Serve cold and enjoy!

Bloody Local - 3 Ways

On The Rocks

Mix 4.5 oz. of Bloody Local with 1.5 oz. of your favorite vodka or tequila*.
Pour over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.

Bloody “UP”

Mix 6.5 oz. of Bloody Local with 1.5 oz. of your favorite vodka or tequila.
Shake with ice until very cold.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with lemon or lime twist or your favorite stuffed olives!

Classic

Mix 8 oz. of Bloody Local with 1.5 oz. of your favorite vodka or tequila.
Pour over ice in a shaker glass.
Garnish with EVERYTHING! Celery, lemon/lime, olives, bacon, shrimp… Whatever you want!

*try mezcal if you’re craving something smoky!
