We are constantly being let down by what could and should be a stellar accompaniment to many of our favorite dishes; think barbeque, burgers, tacos, seafood, and hot dogs. That’s why we developed Slaw Juice, a delicious, shelf stable, sweet and tangy coleslaw marinade based on an old family recipe. It has been a staple in our kitchen for decades. Slaw Juice is bottled in glass with environmentally favorable labels containing a portion of post-consumer waste. Slaw Juice consists of only seven simple ingredients.

Our Traditional Coleslaw Recipe:
1 Head of Cabbage – Cored & Thinly Sliced (As Thin as You Can)
1 White Onion – Thinly Sliced (As Thin as You Can)
1 Bottle of Slaw Juice
Directions:
• Alternate cabbage & onion in a large bowl.
• Pour the full bottle of Slaw Juice over the mixture and toss to coat.
• For best results, allow to marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Overnight is even better.
• Drain excess liquid (water retention from cabbage).
Serve cold and enjoy!
