Slaw Juice

Our Original Cole Slaw Marinade.

  • Slaw Juice is a delicious, slightly sweet, slightly tangy coleslaw marinade inspired by an old family recipe that makes the best coleslaw you have ever tasted.

  • Distilled vinegar, sugar, canola oil, salt, mustard, celery seed, xanthan gum.

  • Slaw Juice is bottled in glass with environmentally favorable labels containing a portion of post-consumer waste. Slaw Juice consists of only seven simple ingredients.

  • Our Traditional Coleslaw Recipe:

    1 Head of Cabbage – Cored & Thinly Sliced (As Thin as You Can)

    1 White Onion – Thinly Sliced (As Thin as You Can)

    1 Bottle of Slaw Juice

    • Alternate cabbage & onion in a large bowl.
    • Pour the full bottle of Slaw Juice over the mixture and toss to coat.
    • For best results, allow to marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Overnight is even better.
    • Drain excess liquid (water retention from cabbage).

    Serve cold and enjoy!

Bloody Local

Tomato & Clam Cocktail Mix

  • The way bloodies should be! Bloody Local is a tomato and local clam cocktail mix that is spicy, smooth, and makes a killer Bloody cocktail!

  • Water, tomato paste, ocean clam juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce (apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, sea salt, onion powder, water, molasses, chili powder, clove), sugar, pepper sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), black pepper, sea salt, celery seed.

  • Bloody Local is bottled in glass with environmentally favorable labels containing a portion of post-consumer waste.

  • On the Rocks:

    Mix 4.5oz of Bloody Local with 1.5oz of your favorite vodka or tequila.

    Pour over ice in a rocks glass.

    Garnish with lemon and/or lime. Enjoy!
